Culture Class: How is Queen Elizabeth ii related to Prince William?
Easy! She’s his grandmother, of course. But... how many of our students know the answer?
With a Burlington UK Culture Class we have discovered how much our students really know about Britain.
Last Thursday 3rd and 4th of ESO and 1st of Batxillerat students enjoyed a culture class at our school The class offered a fun and interactive way for our students to learn about various aspects of British culture, such as Food & Drink, The Royal Family, Sport, Music and Famous People. Everyone in the class had a chance to participate and in the end, there was a quiz in the style of the TV game show “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” where one lucky winner took away a very nice prize.
L’ alumnat de 3r, 4t d’ ESO i 1r de Batxillerat va tenir l’ oportunitat d’ endinsar-se en la cultura britànica d’ una manera divertida , de la mà de la Cristina, una professora americana col·laboradora de l’editorial Burlington Books. Ens va oferir una classe enriquidora i lúdica per tal de conèixer molts aspectes de la cultura britànica.
